YOUR 3-MONTH PERSONAL TRAINING SOLUTION

The Foundation is a 3-month personal training program where you train 2x a week in our private Fort Langley studio. Every session is coached one-on-one, structured, and planned for you — so you’re never guessing or left to figure things out.

  • 26 Personal Training Sessions

  • 2 sessions per week

  • 55-minute sessions

  • Fully coached, one-on-one

Most training happens in the early morning at 5:15am, 6:15am, and 7:15am, which works well for clients who prefer to train before the day takes over.

A limited number of mid-morning, evening, and weekend sessions are also available.

How much does personal training cost?

Personal training at Fort Personal Training is $85–$95 per session, depending on session length and training frequency.

Most clients start with our 12-week Rebuild foundation, training twice per week. We’ll walk through options during the consult and make sure everything is clear before you decide.

Where is the studio located?

Fort Personal Training is located in Fort Langley, in the Bedford Landing area.
The studio is private and easy to access.

We’ll share exact location when you book your consultation.

What level of fitness do I need to be to get started?

There’s no specific fitness level required. Most clients are returning to training after a break, not starting at peak fitness.
